The luncheon began with a special ceremony to recognize our long-standing team members who have been with DNA for 5, 10, and 15 years. These Service Awards are a testament to the hard work and commitment that drive our success. Each award recipient was honored with a certificate, heartfelt message from their manager and applause from their colleagues, plus a well-deserved cash bonus. Celebrating milestones like these is our way of saying thank you for the invaluable contributions that help shape DNA’s journey.
Holiday Fun: Ugly Christmas Sweater Contest
What’s a holiday gathering without a little festive fun? Our Ugly Christmas Sweater Contest brought out the creative—and hilariously tacky—side of our team. From Olivia's fireplace mantle DIY sweater to Blake getting create with the fur, the competition was fierce. The top three winners walked away with cash prizes and coveted PTO days, adding an extra layer of excitement to the festivities. Thank you to everyone who participated!
The Spirit of Giving: Employee Raffle
Every team member at DNA left the luncheon with a little extra cheer, thanks to our spectacular raffle. Prizes included everything from TVs and Apple gadgets (like an Apple Watch and an iPad) to Beats headphones, luggage, kitchen appliances, and even a walking pad. The excitement was palpable as names were drawn and winners took home their prizes.
The President’s Prize
The highlight of the event was the special “President’s Prize,” a $1,000 cash gift from our President, Joyce Wilkins. Before presenting the prize, Joyce shared a touching story about a cherished holiday tradition she has upheld for years: carrying a $100 bill in her pocket and gifting it to a sweet child during the holiday season. Her only request? That the child use the money to create a memorable experience for themselves and their siblings, rather than spending it on toys. Her anecdote brought warmth and inspiration to the room, reminding us all of the joy that comes from giving.
